- Event Date and Rush Charges must be approved on Purchase Order as follows:2
- Orders $200 or less (Net): $50.00 (A) Orders above $200 (Net): 10% Order (Net)
- Orders Received without Approved Rush Charges will be entered as Standard Production.
- Subject to available inventory, check with factory.
- On certain holiday & high volume weeks, service may not be offered, check with factory.
